Glass Town 2018

With few exceptions, the Železný Brod Glass Town event is usually accompanied by pleasant weather. This year was no different, as the beautiful weather played an exceptionally positive role during the weekend of September 15th and 16th.

The DETESK store, museum, gallery, and wine shop on Železný Brod's main square bravely withstood the crowds of visitors on both days, with many of them, just like last year, taking advantage of the hospitality of our wine shop.

For the first time, alongside the City Museum and the Glassmaking School, we became co-organizers of the symposium. Under the name Summer Glass Workshop (LSD), it was held for the seventh time. As part of the event, our company provided a creative space for the artist Tomáš Rýdl.
