Machine glass production

For thermal processing of glass, we currently use four tube-cutting machines, an automatic device for tube and rod fire-polishing, an automatic device for edge shaping of tubes, an automatic device for preparing semi-finished products and, most importantly, 22 glass lathes, mostly from the German manufacturer H. Arnold.
We also utilize a wide range of specialized one-purpose devices.

Handmade glass production

Hand glassmaking refers to the processing of glass using glassblowing torches. We currently have 18 workplaces for processing borosilicate glass and two workplaces for processing so-called "soft glass".

Tube bending

Bending is another highly demanding manufacturing technology used not only in the lighting segment but also in various design projects, jewelry production, and so on. Thanks to long special burners up to 1500 mm with variable flame length, known as flutes, stunning works of art are often created from tubes, rods, or various glass profiles.

Glass threads

Glass threads, shaped while hot, have become an essential part of lighting components. With highly complex and sophisticated tools developed in our workshops and manufactured by an experienced, professional team, we are able produce both internal and external threads in a wide range of sizes.

Glass drilling

For drilling tubes, rods, profiles and flat glass we use drilling equipment from a prestigious German manufacturer, which we have supplemented with a programmable displacement developed by us. The ability to start drilling and re-drilling slower and to move faster when drilling the middle section ensures a significant reduction in scrap while maintaining the highest possible drilling capacity.
Successful glass drilling often cannot be done without the perfect jigs. These also come from our company's development department.

Glass cutting

Diamond saws for cutting tubes, bars and profiles are an indispensable part of our technological equipment. Our high-tech equipment is particularly suitable for the production of components for lighting projects. We use a total of four diamond saws of different sizes.

Glass grinding and polishing

We use standard horizontal and vertical glass grinders and a belt grinder to ensure these operations. In particular, for the face grinding of bars and profiles prior to mechanical or flame polishing, we use special equipment manufactured in our own facilities.

Sandblasting glass

By blasting free abrasive onto the surface of the glass, the glass will be distorted and frosted. Our needs are served by three sandblasting machines, one of which is capable of refining parts exceeding 2 m in length.

Glass painting

We are capable of decorating our products with cold and fire-baked glass paints, gold, and platinum.

Glass spraying

By spraying, we apply cold colours, glass lustres and so-called hydroglazes on the surface of products. These are paints with very good mechanical, thermal and chemical resistance, which are dried at a temperature of 170 °C.

Screen print

We use the screen printing technique not only for printing glass products, but especially for printing metal, plastic and wooden parts of gift packaging from our wood production.

Laser

We use laser technology for decorating glass, for machining and decorating plastics and wooden board materials.

Wood production

Especially the segment of gift bottles cannot do without the massive support of our wood production. Using modern equipment, we produce wooden gift packaging and a wide range of wooden accessories for this important product range.

All technical equipment used by our company is purchased from reputable manufacturers. Most of the equipment is purchased in Germany, and we have imported a number of machines from Italian manufacturers. The wood production facilities have equipment purchased from domestic and Austrian manufacturers.

A significant part of our technical and technological equipment was developed and designed by our company. These are not just special purpose equipment. For example, the pipe splitting equipment developed by us is superior even to the equipment produced by manufacturers specialising in this field. Glass furnaces are indispensable equipment. They are not only used for removing internal stresses after heat treatment of products, but also for igniting glass paints and decals, firing gold, platinum or lustre. We use a total of six furnaces, three chamber furnaces, two bed furnaces capable of reaching temperatures in excess of 1,000 °C and one belt furnace. With a length of 17 m, it is the most strategically important part of our technological equipment. The glass furnaces are complemented by a drying facility in which we ignite the hydroglaze at a temperature of almost 200 °C.
Our development and service centre, as well as our woodworking shop, also have top-of-the-range equipment.
